Chimney Cake Mix

If you haven't experienced a chimney cake, you will enjoy this delicious treat from Hungary. Our chimney cake base only needs water and will turn into a dough that will work perfect with our machine. Making chimney cakes doesn't have to be hard. Just add a small amount of water to the Sagra Chimney Cake mix and roll out into a thin dough. Create small "ropes" of dough and wrap around the oiled roller. Coat in sugar (optional) and place into machine. Within 5-7 minutes, you'll have a delicious chimney cake that can be stuffed with savory or sweet fillings! Mix comes in individually sealed 1 lb. bags / 20 lb. master cases for easy storage and portion control. Can be used in our chimney cake maker or other ways of cooking chimney cakes.
